Walters Recalled from Toledo

Rockford, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the 2015 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, announced that they have recalled right wing Dane Walters from the Toledo Walleye (ECHL).

Walters, 26, has played in a total of 15 games with the IceHogs this season, notching one goal. The St. Paul, Minn. native has also accumulated four goals and two assists through 14 games with the Walleye.

Last season, Walters notched one goal and five assists in 19 games with Rockford. Prior to joining the IceHogs in 2014-15, the winger tallied 17 points (9g-8a) in 27 games with the Walleye.

Next Home Game: Wednesday, Feb. 17 vs. Manitoba Moose at 10:30 a.m. The IceHogs welcome the Moose to the BMO Harris Bank Center for the annual School Day Game and first of four meetings on the season.
