GF DOWNS BREWERS

The Voyagers picked up their fourth straight win Wednesday, matching their season-high win streak with a 7-4 rain-shortened victory over Helena. The Voyager offense has now put together double-digit hit totals in seven of their last eight, boosting their overall team average to .272. During this stretch, the Voyagers have set a new season-high in hits with 18, and also tied their season-high in runs with 13. Last night's effort also raised the team's batting average at Centene Stadium from .226 up to .238.

The southpaw has turned in four quality starts so far, tying him with Dane Stone for the team lead. In his one start against the Brewers, Freudenberg picked up the win on July 2, giving up one run on five hits in six innings of work.
