NEW ORLEANS (July 10, 2012) - On Tuesday afternoon, New Orleans VooDoo players Marlon Favorite, Lorenzo Breland, and Derandus Frye visited Tulane Hospital for Children, visiting patients' rooms while handing out Bones stickers courtesy of www.voodoostuff.com.
The players visited 10 kids-bringing smiles to their faces, stopping by to discuss football, school, food, and to take pictures. VooDoo OL Lorenzo Breland played one of the kids, Trey, in pop-a-shot in the playroom.
"I had a great time playing pop a shot with Trey," said Breland, "visiting the kids is always a good time and a great experience."
This visit is one of 24 hospital visits that the VooDoo players and Dolls will take part in this season, splitting time between Tulane and Children's Hospital.
