Vipers Announce Another Round Of Open Tryouts
The Arena Cup Champion Tennessee Valley Vipers, of the af2 would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in our open tryouts for the opportunity to play in the upcoming 2009 season. The Tennessee Valley Vipers will offer two open tryouts.
The first tryout will take place Saturday, February 28, 2009 in Chattanooga, TN. The location of the tryout will be at the D1 Sports Training facility in Chattanooga, which is located at 7430 Commons Blvd. Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. EST. Registration fee will be $40 and can be done by money order or check. Registration fees on the day of tryout will be in CASH ONLY.
The second tryout opportunity will be Sunday, March 1, 2009 in Huntsville, AL. The location of the tryout will be at the DI Sports Training facility, which is located at 7242 Bailey Cove Road. Pre-registration fee will be $50 payable by check or money order. Registration fees on the day of the tryout will be $60 and can be paid by CASH ONLY. Registration for kickers will begin at 11:00 a.m. CST. Registration for all other positions will begin at 12:00 p.m. For registration forms, please contact the Vipers at 256-428-4477.
With the 2009 AFL season suspended, the af2 will provide players with an opportunity to keep playing and get game film. We are looking to reload our roster with quality player prospects.
