TAMPA BAY - Tampa Bay Storm wide receiver/linebacker Victor Williams was named the JLS Ironman of the Week for Week 4, announced the Arena Football Communications Department. He is the first Storm player to receive this award in 2012. Receiver Mark Jones earned the Cutters AFL Catch of the Week in Week 2.

"Williams did a great job playing on both sides of the ball for us this past week," said vice president of football operations Jeff Gooch. "He played within the truest definition of what Ironman football means. It is always exciting to see one of your guys get recognized for all the hard work that they put in during the week and have it come to fruition during the game."

Williams (6'4, 225, Northern Iowa) provided a spectacular performance that helped the Storm take down in-state divisional rival, Jacksonville Sharks, in Week 4. Williams did a bit of everything in the team's win; he notched a kickoff return for a touchdown, posted a sack, forced a fumble and grabbed three catches for 28 yards. The wide receiver's efforts helped lock the Storm into a first-place tie with the Georgia Force atop the South Division.

The Five-Time World Champion Tampa Bay Storm celebrates its 25th season in the AFL. The Storm hosts John Dutton and the Cleveland Gladiators on Youth Sports Night Friday, April 13 at 7:30 PM. Single-game tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com or by visiting the McDonalds Ticket Office at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
