Jimmy Rohan singled with one out in the 10th Inning to score Jamie Hoffman and the give the Dodgers a come-from-behind, 7-6 win. Matt Kemp tied the game in the 9th with his 19th home run of the season. Mark Alexander (3-1) earned the win with two scoreless relief innings and Alvis Ojeda chipped in 5 1/3 hitless, scoreless innings. The series concludes Monday night at Holman Stadium at 7:00 PM.
The Blue Jays jumped out to a 6-0 lead after 2 1/2 innings. The Dodgers chipped away with two runs in the third and two more in the fifth. Then in the 9th, Tony Abreu was hit by a Brian Reed pitch to start the inning. One fielder's choice later, Kemp blasted a home run off the scoreboard in left-center to tie the score. It was the first home run Reed had allowed this season.
In the 10th, Jamie Hoffman was hit by a pitch from Milton Tavarez. Anthony Raglani followed with a walk. A ground out by A.J. Ellis advanced both baserunners and Rohan lined a single past the drawn-in infield to win the game.
