Vancouver Stealth to Play Five Games on National Television

Vancouver, BC (Monday, December 22, 2014) - The Vancouver Stealth will be featured on national television five times in 2015.

TSN and the National Lacrosse League announced a new multiplatform broadcast agreement to televise twelve regular season games and select post-season games, including the 2015 Champion's Cup Final.

"With solid teams representing this country, we are looking forward to showcasing the complete NLL season and helping to grow the game of lacrosse in Canada," said Shawn Redmond, Vice-President, Programming and Marketing, TSN.

The Stealth's first two games of the regular season will be broadcast on TSN. On Saturday, January 3 when the Stealth open their season in Calgary, the game will be seen on TSN1 at 6:00PM PST. Vancouver's home opener, the following week on Saturday, January 10 will be shown on TSN2 at 7:00PM PST. The Stealth will also be featured on February 21 when they visit Calgary and twice in April; On Saturday, April 4 Vancouver hosts the Edmonton Rush at 7:00PM on TSN1 and TSN3, and on Saturday, April 18 as Vancouver welcomes three-time defending NLL champions the Rochester Knighthawks to the Langley Events Centre. That game will be seen on TSN1 and TSN3 at 7:00PM PST.

Earlier this month, TSN Radio Vancouver announced a new broadcast rights agreement with the Vancouver Stealth to deliver all nine home games during the 2015 NLL regular season on TSN Radio Vancouver 1410.

Lacrosse fans can watch every regular season game as they will be available exclusively to TSN subscribers through TSN GO. TSN GO also allows TSN subscribers to access live streaming and on demand viewing of the network's total NLL package.

The NLL also announced that it will be showing games on the Universal Sports Network in the United States along with ESPN. The Stealth will be shown three times on the Universal Sports Network and seven times on ESPN platforms. Click the links for the full schedules.
