
Vancouver Stealth Place Sorensen on Injured Reserve

(Vancouver, BC - Friday, January 17, 2014) - The Vancouver Stealth announced this morning that they have placed Captain, Kyle Sorensen, on the 21 day Injured Reserve with an undisclosed injury. Sorensen has appeared in both games for the Stealth this season collecting 1 assist, 2 loose balls and 17 minutes in penalties.
With Sorensen being place on IR the Stealth have activated rookie Josh Hawkins from the Practice Roster. Hawkins, a graduate of Loyola College (MD) was drafted 41st by the Stealth in the 2013 NLL Entry Draft. In addition, the team also announced that 9 year veteran Curtis Hodgson will serve as an Assistant Captain during Sorensen's absence.
The Stealth return to action on Friday night at 8PM PST, when they host the Colorado Mammoth at the LEC, doors open at 6:30PM PST.
