Washington Valor News Release
After a week off, the Valor return to action this weekend in Philadelphia, taking on the defending-champion Soul Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Wells Fargo Center. Washington is looking for its first-ever win over the Soul after dropping all four matchups in 2017. Valor quarterback Nick Davila accounted for seven total touchdowns in Washington's Week 1 matchup with the Baltimore Brigade.
Home opener - May 11
The Valor announced last week that the team's home opener, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 21, has been moved to Friday, May 11 to accommodate the NBA and NHL playoffs. Washington will host the Albany Empire at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena.
