USA Hockey Store to Open in Mall of America

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Hockey announced today that an officially licensed USA Hockey Store will open at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., on Monday (Nov. 25).

The store, operated by Psyche Sports, will be located on the second floor of the mall and offer the latest USA Hockey merchandise, Team USA-branded items, National Hockey League apparel and other unique hockey-related products.

"We are very pleased to extend our relationship with USA Hockey," said Matt Nyman, president and chief executive officer of Psyche Sports. "Because of the popularity of the mall, along with the interest in the sport of hockey throughout the community, we feel this is a great location for a USA Hockey Store."

"We're thrilled to have a USA Hockey Store opening in Mall of America," said Mike Bertsch, USA Hockey's assistant executive director of marketing and communications. "Psyche Sports has done a wonderful job with the USA Hockey Store in Lake Placid, N.Y., and we fully expect the Mall of America location to be a very popular destination."

"This is an opportunity for USA Hockey to offer its product to visitors from around the world. Notes: For more information on Mall of America, click here ... The first-ever USA Hockey Store opened on June 1, 2011, in Lake Placid, N.Y. The Mall of America location will be the second in the country.
