"It's a celebration of all things Sacramento. And having these two great athletes coming out to support us is fantastic."
Sacramento musician Jackie Greene will provide pre-game and halftime entertainment for the home opener on Sept. 25.
Greene will take the 'Coors Light Entertainment Stage' in Lot 8 of the Hornet Stadium Parking lot to perform during the pre-game Fan Fest. Gates open at 5 p.m. for the Fan Fest.
Greene will then play a special 12-minute set at halftime inside the stadium where he is expected to perform his songs 'Medicine' and 'Ball and Chain'.
"It's an honor to be selected as the entertainment for the Sacramento Mountain Lions," Greene said. "We are going to play some rock . . . and we're going to have a lot of fun."
