Update on Dusters WR Tim Wilkins
July 17, 2007 - arenafootball2 (af2)
Amarillo Venom News Release
Tim Wilkins was released from Christus Spohn hospital on Monday, and has flown back safely to Amarillo. He is in good spirits, and expressed a lot of gratitude for the prayers and phone calls that he's received over the past two days.
He is going to be in a neck brace/chest harness for the next 3 months, and will then be re-evaluated. At this point, he has re-gained all of the feeling in his extremities, and it appears that he will not require surgery.
Thank you all for your concern, thoughts, and prayers.
