Houston, TX. In a release from Larry Donnell Leonard II, owner of the ABA Houston Undertakers, he said, "We are very excited this year about the moves that we have made to make this a successful year. We have the pleasure of having the legendary Jackie Carr to head and lead our team to the ABA title and his assistant Thomas Tucker."
Undertakers GM Lee Hardy added, "If we stay focused and not get ahead of ourselves, we are unstoppable. We are averaging 165.9 ppg with a preseason record of 301 and everyone is buying into the system that we are bringing onto the court. We are excited; the players are excited, and the fans are excited here in Houston where we are looking forward to burying our opponents - hence the name, Undertakers."
