Tampa, Fla. - The Florida State League named Tampa Yankees Infielder Tyler Wade Player of the Week today. This honor was for games played July 6 - July 12, 2015.
Wade played in seven (7) games and collected 14 hits in 25 plate appearances for a .560 batting average. His hits included two (2) doubles, one (1) triple, with one stolen base. He scored 7 times and his OBP was .607 and slugging percentage was .720.
This is the third year of professional baseball for the 2013 First-Year Player Draft Pick (fourth round) from Murrieta, CA.
