Two-Time UFL Champ Signs with San Diego Chargers

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Tuesday, December 21 - Las Vegas Locomotives linebacker BRANDON MOORE, a two-time United Football League champion, has been signed by the National Football League's San Diego Chargers, and has been added to the active roster.
Moore was a starter at outside linebacker in all eight regular-season games and the UFL Championship Game for the Locos in 2010, and during the regular season, had 28 total tackles, two sacks and two passes defended. In the UFL Championship Game, Moore had four total tackles and broke up two passes.
Moore also was a standout on defense for the Locos in 2009, starting all six regular-season games and the UFL Championship Game at right outside linebacker. He had 35 total tackles, a sack, a fumble recovery, 3� tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and a pass defended.
Prior to playing in the UFL, Moore played six seasons with the NFL's San Francisco 49ers. He appeared in 88 regular-season games, starting 26, and recorded 242 tackles, 15 sacks, eight pass breakups, one interception for 12 yards and five forced fumbles.
