CLEVELAND, OH -It's getting down the final weeks of regular season play in professional hockey and two players of playoff contending teams spend time on Puska on Pucks, The Original Internet Hockey Show.
Join host Denis J. Puska as he visits with forward John Mori of the Flint Generals and Matt Zultek of the Mississippi Surge.
Mori and the Generals are battling with the Quad City Mallards, Bloomington Prairie Thunder and Dayton Gems for the fourth and final playoff spot in the International Hockey League. Mori is second in league scoring and has been the recipient of several weekly league awards.
Meantime, the Surge and forward Matt Zultek who set a new SPHL record for most power play goals in a season, hope to the win the league title in their first season.
Johnstown Tribune-Democrat reporter Mike Mastovich returns for part two of an interview discussing the Johnstown Chiefs past, present and future. There is also a fresh edition of Ice Chips-New and Notes including a story on the return of professional hockey to San Diego's being shelved.
