According to Joe Newman, ABA CEO, "Releasing the names of the players two at a time has had a great effect. We've gotten a tremendous number of emails from fans of the various teams showing support for their players and the excitement is really building. The best part: The team is terrific and getting better every day. The All-Star Game to be played at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday, February 11th should be terrific."
The players:
East: Lawrence Moten, 6'9" forward from the Maryland Nighthawks.
West: Todd Okeson, 6'2" guard from the San Jose Skyrockets.
This brings to five the number of players announced. For more information, visit www.abalive.com.
