Twisters Host Special Meet and Greet with New Coach

(North Little Rock, AR) - The Arkansas Twisters are hosting a social gathering to meet new Head Coach Chris Siegfried and his family on Friday, December 7th on the second floor balcony of the Peabody Hotel from 5pm to 7pm.

The event is by invitation only, but the media is invited to attend. Drinks and Hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Siegfried spent the 2007 season as the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Brigade of the Arena Football League. The Brigade became the fourth team in the 21 year history of the AFL to improve seven games from the previous season. Kansas City made the playoffs for the first time in its history and receiver Charles Frederick earned AFL Co-Rookie of the Year.

Arkansas' new coach is one of the top coaches in the history of arenafootball2 with a career record of 57-26, earning top coaching honors in 2006 as the coach of the expansion Spokane Shock, and winning the '06 ArenaCup championship. He left the Shock as the af2 leader in coaching wins and is second all-time with six postseason wins.

Siegfried is married to wife Tammi and the couple has two children; Kody and Baylee.
