Rochester Red Wings News Release
On Wednesday afternoon the Minnesota Twins added lefthanded pitcher Brian Duensing, righthanded pitcher Anthony Swarzak, catchers Drew Butera and Wilson Ramos, and infielders Luke Hughes, Trevor Plouffe, Deibinson Romero and Steve Tolleson to the Major League roster.
