TVCogeco's Hockey Day in the OHL Set for Sunday January 31

Toronto, ON - Sunday January 31st is Hockey Day in the OHL! For the third year in a row, TVCogeco will be airing exclusive OHL coverage and live hockey action across Ontario.
OHL fans can enjoy a tripleheader of action beginning at 1:00 pm when the Windsor Spitfires host the Sarnia Sting, followed by the Niagara IceDogs hosting the Hamilton Bulldogs at 4:00 pm, wrapping up in Peterborough when the Petes host the Kingston Frontenacs at 7:00 pm.
All three games will be part of a full day of continuous OHL coverage on TVCogeco in markets across Ontario.
In addition to all three games, the OHL Hockey Day broadcast package will include studio analysis with pre and post-game coverage, guests from the OHL and Canadian Mental Health Association Ontario, and interviews with some of the league's top prospects for the 2016 NHL Draft.
The day long coverage will also include intermission feature stories that highlight the impact of OHL teams in the community. Feature stories begin with the Spitfires participation in a local school fitness program, and the Sting's new partnership with Lambton College. Later in the day fans can learn more about a trio of Bulldogs players with older brothers who have graduated from the OHL, and the IceDogs' new anti bullying campaign. TVCogeco also examines the partnership between the North Bay Battalion and the local police service, the Petes high school education program including three generations of academic advisors, and the McKeown's Defenders program in Kingston where members of the military can access tickets to Frontenacs games.
