TULSA, Okla., December 5, 2012 - Oklahoma City Thunder assignees Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones scored 23 and 21 points respectively but the Tulsa 66ers fell to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, 110-101, Wednesday at the SpiritBank Event Center.
Tulsa (3-1) also saw an offensive serge from guard Andy Rautins, who finished the night with 21 points and five rebounds. Thunder assignee Daniel Orton scored four points with five boards in 17 minutes of action.
The 66ers forced 15 turnovers while surrendering a season-low 12. Tulsa dished out 16 assists, led by six from Tony Taylor.
Sioux Falls (4-0) saw 29 points from Andrew Goudelock and 23 from Demetris Nichols. Mark Tyndale scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
The 66ers jumped out to an early 13-2 lead before Sioux Falls clawed back, taking a 26-25 lead at the start of the second quarter - the only lead change of the game.
Wednesday's game was the first in five days for the 66ers, who take on Rio Grande Valley on the road Thursday night. Tulsa then hosts RGV for a pair of games on Saturday and Sunday at the SpiritBank Event Center.
