Rochester Red Wings News Release
We have two great experiences for young Wings fans: the chance to have Spikes and Mittsy trick-or-treat with you on Halloween, and a call for entries to design our official 2010 holday season card!
* The Rochester Red Wings are giving area children an opportunity to win a night of trick-or-treating with mascots Spikes and Mittsy. To be eligible, children must be age 12 or under and submit an essay of 100 words or less describing, "Why I Want to Trick-or-Treat with Spikes and Mittsy!" Click here for complete entry information and details on this hauntingly cool opportunity.
* Area students from Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to submit artwork for the Red Wings' Holiday Card Design Contest. The winning entrant will have his/her design featured on the Red Wings'official holiday greeting card this December. The lucky winner will also receive a prize package that includes six Premium Box seats to a 2011 game, recognition on the back of the holiday card, an autographed bat by the 2011 Red Wings and a Red Wings cap and t-shirt. Click here for details on how your young artist can submit.
* As the Phillies, Giants, Yankees and Rangers battle to decide the World Series participants, your spot in our World Series Party can be easily secured by calling (585) 454-1001 and pressing zero, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. On Oct. 27 and 28, fans can enjoy the comfort of Frontier Field's suite level High Falls Lounge, Press Box and an assortment of individual Diamond Suites. Watch the World Series on TV monitors and the left field video board; the event includes an awesome all-you-can-eat menu, plus a beer and wine cash bar.
