Dubuque Fighting Saints News Release
DUBUQUE, Iowa - This weekend, no time machine is required. Take a trip back to 1983 for Retro Jersey Night, sponsored by Medical Associates Clinic Ear, Nose & Throat department, and take a lightspeed journey to a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away for Star Wars Night, this Friday and Saturday at Our House when the Dubuque Fighting Saints take on the Sioux Falls Stampede.
Once worn by Dubuque Fighting Saints legend Gary Suter, the classic 1983 look will hit the ice for one game only on Friday night, starting at 7:35 p.m. After the game, stick around for a postgame auction, as the classic jerseys will be auctioned off with all proceeds benefitting the Dubuque Youth Hockey Association (DYHA). On Saturday, celebrate George Lucas' visionary sci-fi space opera, Star Wars. Now reimagined for Episode VII: The Force Awakens, one of the most successful films of all time, Star Wars fever is everywhere!
