
Toregas Returns to Morgantown

The West Virginia Black Bears are pleased to announce that Wyatt Toregas will be returning as Manager for the 2016 season.
Leading the team to its first New York-Penn League Championship, Toregas began his coaching career with the Black Bears last season. He and the team ended the inaugural season with a 42-34 record. Along with the announcement of Toregas' return to Morgantown, hitting coach Jonathan Prieto will also be returning for the 2016 season. New to the staff will be pitching coach Mark DiFelice.
Toregas is looking forward to his return to Morgantown stating, " I am excited about coming back. Morgantown is a great town that is supportive of their team. I am looking forward to teaming back up with them and having another successful season."
General Manager Matthew Drayer also expressed his excitement stating, "Wyatt was a great leader for our team in the 2015 season. We couldn't have asked for a better way to end our inaugural season than with him leading us to a championship. We are excited to have him and his family join us in Morgantown for 2016 and look forward to meeting the rest of the team come June."
The Black Bears Opening Day is set for Sunday, June 19th. Season tickets are now available online at www.westvirginiablackbears.com.
