Todd Sears drove in four runs on a pair of hits, highlighted by a three-run homer, to lift the Isotopes to a 7-4 victory over the Las Vegas 51's Wednesday afternoon in Jupiter, Fla. Starting pitcher Mike Neu earned the decision for Albuquerque, which improved to 5-4-1 this spring.
Mike Colangelo recorded three hits and Matt Padgett also homered for the âTopes in the team's second straight win. The Isotopes will have a camp day Thursday before resuming their spring schedule Friday when they host the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Tickets to all 72 Isotopes home games for the 2005 season are currently on sale at the Isotopes Park Box Office, at local Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster.com, and Ticketmaster by phone at 883-7800. The Isotopes open up the 2005 season on April 7 at Isotopes Park against the Iowa Cubs.
Major League Weekend Tickets, Season Tickets, and Mini Plans are also currently on sale.
