The event, which will be free and open to all fans, will take place from 11:30am to 1:00pm and will be highlighted by a visit from former Dodger Manager and Hall of Famer Tommy Lasorda.

Lasorda, who managed the Dodgers for 20 years, won two World Series (1981 and 1988) with Los Angeles and was voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1997.

The Dodgers will also have other guests in attendance for Tuesday's Celebration, including Assistant General Manager De Jon Watson, who heads the Player Development department.

Quakes' Managing Partner Bobby Brett will also be on hand at The Epicenter as part of the event.

AFFILIATION FAQ'S

With the Quakes' recent affiliation switch from the Angels to the Dodgers, fans may have questions as to how it pertains to them and what it all means. Here are some facts that may help to clear up some of those questions.

Q - Will fans still be able to receive Season Ticket Holder benefits?

A - Absolutely! Season Ticket Holders will enjoy the same seats, the same benefits and the same great affordable family entertainment as they experienced in 2010.

Q - Will there still be the same kind of promotions?

A - Yes! $1 Family Feast Nights, Fireworks on Saturdays, Kids "Run the Bases" on Sundays, Jersey Auctions and Special Giveaway Items...these are just some of the great promotions that fans can look forward to 2011.

Q - Does the affiliation switch change any of the Quakes' Front Office Employees?

A - No. The Quakes' staff that worked with the fans in 2010 will be back and are looking forward to a great 2011.

Q - Do the Dodgers own the Quakes?

A - No, Brett Sports and Entertainment owns the Quakes. Potentially at some point, the Dodgers may become a minority owner of the Quakes. Brett Sports would then continue to be the majority owner and managing partner. One reason for the affiliation switch is because the Quakes were looking for a major league team to partner with, not just be affiliated with. Several major league teams own a partial share of some of their minor league affiliates. That formula has produced great results at the minor league level with tickets sold and wins on the field. The Dodgers will give the Quakes a great chance to accomplish these long-term goals.

Q - What about the players at The Epicenter?

A - Rather than watching the Quakes become future Angels, fans will get an opportunity to watch future Dodgers, as all the players that play for the Quakes in 2011 will be under contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Q - If they're not in Rancho Cucamonga any longer, where will the Angels' minor league players play in 2011?

A - Earlier today, the Angels signed an affiliation deal with the Inland Empire 66ers in San Bernardino.

Q - Where are the other Dodgers' affiliates?

A - The Dodgers have lower affiliates in the Arizona League (Arizona Dodgers in Glendale, AZ), the Pioneer League (Ogden Raptors in Ogden, UT), and the Midwest League (Great Lakes Loons in Midland, MI). Above the Quakes, the Dodgers have a Double-A affiliate in the Southern League (Chattanooga Lookouts in Chattanooga, TN) and their Triple-A affiliate in the Pacific Coast League (Albuquerque Isotopes in Albuquerque, NM).
