
Tomahawks Acquire Draft Pick from Brahmas

JOHNSTOWN - The Johnstown Tomahawks announced Thursday that the team acquired a 2019 sixth round draft pick from the Lone Star Brahmas in exchange for forward Joey Baez.
In 49 career games with the Tomahawks, Baez scored four goals and added nine assists for 13 points.
The Tomahawks hit the road on Saturday, Dec. 1 as they begin a two-game series with Northeast.
Johnstown returns to 1st Summit Arena on Friday, Dec. 14 for a 7:30 p.m. tilt with New Jersey. Fans will receive a souvenir beanie cap while supplies last. Saturday night is the traditional Teddy Bear Toss. Fans are encouraged to bring a teddy bear or other stuffed animals to the game to toss onto the ice after the Tomahawks score their first goal. Faceoff on Saturday, Dec. 15 is set for 7 p.m.
