
Titans/Rampage Hold Food Drive Tonight Benefiting Local Families

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA: Tonight when the Rampage play the Milwaukee Wave at the U.S. Cellular Center, the Cedar Rapids Titans and Rampage will be co-hosting a "Food for Families Food Drive" benefiting Waypoint and families in need. All fans who donate a non-perishable food item will receive a buy one, get one free ticket voucher for the game. The community is invited to arrive between 6 and 7 p.m. to exchange their donations for a voucher and enjoy $2 hotdogs, $2 sodas, and $2 beers on the concourse. A limit of one--buy one, get one free ticket voucher for that evening's game will be given to each individual with a donation.
Suggested donations include boxed pasta meals, canned fruit, canned meats, cereal, crackers, and peanut butter. Hygiene products will also be accepted. For a full list of wish list items, please visit www.waypointservices.org/ get-involved/donate/list-needs/.
In past years, the Cedar Rapids Titans and Rampage have held an annual Stuff the Bus event, but are switching things up in hopes of receiving more donations just in time for the holiday season. The Cedar Rapids Titans and Rampage have a history of donating to Waypoint and are encouraging the community to take advantage of this opportunity to receive a buy one, get one free ticket voucher while giving back to the community. All are welcome to attend this heartwarming community event!
