
Titans Announce 2017 Schedule

Cedar Rapids, IA -The Indoor Football League added two new markets during the off season including Salt Lake City, UT and Phoenix, AZ. In 2017 the Titans will travel to both those markets. On Monday the league announced the 2017 IFL schedule.
The Titans annual Opening Night Game will kick off the season on February 4th @7:05pm when they host in state rival, the Iowa Barnstormers. The Titans round out the month of February with home games against the Green Bay Blizzard on February 17th and Sioux Falls Storm on February 25th. The month of March opens up with home games against the Wichita Falls Nighthawks on March 11th and a 3:05 Sunday afternoon game against the Green Bay Blizzard on March 19th. The Titans hit the road for the first time on March 26th with a trip to Des Moines to take on the Barnstormers followed by an April 1st trip to Green Bay to take on the Blizzard. The defending United Bowl Champions, the Sioux Falls Storm visit Mediacom Field on April 8th. The Titans then hit the road to take on the Wichita Falls Nighthawks on April 14th. Following the road trip, the Titans return home for the annual Iowa Bowl against the Barnstormers presented by the Iowa Lottery. Rounding out the month of April the Titans make a trip to Grand Island, NE to take on the Nebraska Danger on April 28th.
The Arizona Rattlers visit Mediacom Field on May 5th to open up the month of May. The Titans then hit the road for three straight road games taking on the Barnstormers May 13th, the Storm on May 20th and rounding out the month of May with a trip to Salk Lake City to take on the Screaming Eagles on May 29th. June 3rd marks the Titans home finale as they take on the Nebraska Danger at Mediacom Field. The Titans conclude the 2017 regular season on the road facing the Rattlers on June 11th in Phoenix.
All 2017 Titans home games take place at Mediacom Field inside the US Cellular Center in downtown Cedar Rapids.

The Indoor Football League (www.goifl.com) is a 10-team league based out of Richmond, Virginia with franchises in 9 states. The league holds a 16-game regular season schedule that runs February through June. The IFL's playoffs culminate in July with the IFL United Bowl.
