Former MLB-star Tim Teufel and the St. Lucie Mets pull into Fort Myers on Tuesday July 20th to Play a four-game set against the Miracle.

Teufel, a member of the '86 World Champion NY Mets, Comes to Fort Myers with the exciting, defending Florida State League Champion ('03) St. Lucie squad.

The St. Lucie Mets roster touts a few interesting names:

Coach Lamar Johnson former MLB Chicago White Sox (once sang the N Anthem b4 MLB game)

RHP Brian Bannister (son of former MLB Pitcher Floyd Bannister)

RHP Yusmeiro Petit – from Maracaibo; Pitched in MLB Futures game for World team

OF Lastings Milledge - Mets 1st Round Draft pick in '03 (resides in Bradenton, FL)

The Mets and Miracle play each night Tues to Friday @ 7:05pm

Then Saturday Night – please join us as we twist up an evening of record-setting fun with A Ball Game and CHUBBY CHECKER concert! Gates open at 4pm. Game @ 5pm. Tickets are available. $10 ea.
