The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) will host its first-ever Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup contest at Banc of California Stadium as the Club faces United Soccer League team Fresno FC on Wednesday, June 6 at 7:00 p.m. PT.
Tickets for the fourth-round matchup are now on sale to the general public. All tickets are General Admission, with North End Supporters Section on sale for $10 and the East Side of the Stadium for $20.
A draw to determine the Fourth Round matchups was held last week by U.S. Soccer, pairing up both first-year clubs in the 105th edition of the tournament. Fresno FC, who currently sits in 11th place in the USL Western Conference standings with a 2-4-6 record (12 points), advanced to the Fourth Round following a 2-1 victory over Sporting Arizona FC on Wednesday, May 23.
The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, the oldest soccer competition in the United States, is an annual tournament open to all United States Soccer Federation (USSF) amateur and professional affiliated soccer teams. This year, 94 teams will participate, including reigning champions Sporting Kansas City and 19 other Major League Soccer clubs.
