
Ibrahimovic Brace Not Enough for LA Galaxy

In their 13th match of the 2018 MLS Regular Season, the LA Galaxy fell to FC Dallas 3-2 at StubHub Center.
With the result, the Galaxy are now 5-7-1 on the season with 16 points.
The result marked the Galaxy's first loss in their last three contests, having won their previous two.
All-time, the Galaxy are now 33-27-12 against FC Dallas, with a 24-7-5 record at home.
Wednesday marked the second contest between LA and Dallas this month, with LA falling 3-2 on the road on May 12
The Galaxy are now 3-4-0 at home this season, with 11 goals scored and 14 goals allowed.
In their next match, the LA Galaxy will travel for a road contest against the Portland Timbers on the road at Providence Park on Saturday, June 2 at 2 p.m. PT.
Forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his fourth and fifth goals of season on Wednesday.
This year, Ibrahimovic now has nine appearances, six starts, five goals and three assists during his time in MLS play.
Three players - David Bingham, Perry Kitchen and Jorgen Skjelvik - have started in every match this season. All three players were acquired this offseason by LA.
The LA Galaxy were without Giovani dos Santos (international duty), Jonathan dos Santos (international duty), Efrain Alvarez (international duty) and Baggio Husidic (injury) during tonight's match.
LA Galaxy forward Ola Kamara will now depart for international duty with Norway. He will miss the Galaxy's match Saturday in Portland.
LA Galaxy Head Coach Sigi Schmid has now gone 235-180-118 during his 19-year coaching career in Major League Soccer.
In their next match, the Galaxy will host FC Dallas on Wednesday, May 30 at 7:30 p.m. PT at StubHub Center.
