Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced the team has signed non-import defensive end Troy Cunningham to a practice roster agreement.
Cunningham, a 6-3, 285-pound native of Mallorytown, Ontario, played five seasons (2000-04) with the Concordia University Stingers where he won the JP Metras Trophy as the most outstanding lineman in CIS football.
