Lakeland ThunderBolts News Release
CHARLESTON-The Lakeland ThunderBolts improved to 9-1, with their win over the Charleston SandSharks, 56-42 at North Charleston Colliseum on Saturday night. The win over Charleston improves the ThunderBolts record in the Atlantic Conference and keeps them on top of the South Division.
The ThunderBolts went into halftime up 30-12. During the second half the ThunderBolts suffered some key injuries. These injuries allowed the new players a chance to get some playing time. "The injuries gave the new guys a chance to step up and play," said Coach Keaton.
