
Three Miami FC players invited to USL First Division All-Star Game

Miami, FL- Miami FC players, Romário, Zinho, and Mario Rodriguez have been invited to participate in the USL First Division All-Star Game, against English Coca-Cola Championship League side Sheffield Wednesday. The game will be held in Cary, North Carolina on Wednesday, July 19 at SAS Soccer Park.
So far this season, Romário is the league's leading goal scorer with 9 goals.
Mario Rodriguez is among the league leaders in points as he has recorded 2 goals and 3 assists. Zinho has been one of the most consistent players in the USL logging 1072 minutes of play and recording 2 assists.
This match marks the return of the All-Star Game. The game was previously held three times with Rochester hosting the East versus West game in 1997, Hershey hosting the All-Stars versus Hershey Wildcats match in 1998, and Virginia Beach hosting the All-Stars versus the Virginia Beach Mariners in 1999.
The game will be shown live on FOX Soccer Channel at 8:00 PM ET.
