SAN JOSE, Calif. -- San Jose SaberCats defensive specialist CLEVAN THOMAS (5-10, 191, Florida State), who electrified fans as both a defensive back and a kicker return artist, was named the Arena Football LeagueÂ’s Rookie of the Year.
