Sunday's match will mark a historic moment for the Lions as they are set to play their first match in MLS NEXT Pro postseason play.

Columbus Crew 2 finished top of the Central division with 53 points and are the MLS NEXT Pro defending champions having won the MLS NEXT Pro cup last season.

Orlando City B finished out the regular season as the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with 45 points.

The 2023 MLS Golden Boot award ended in a three-way tie with Orlando City forward Jack Lynn co-winning the award alongside Colorado Rapids 2 Rémi Cabral and NYCFC II's Matt Myers.
