
Talons Player Receives AFL Contract

Another Talons player makes the move to the AFL. The League announced that Jeff Hughley, has been assigned to the Colorado Crush for the 2008 season.
Hughley quickly became a MVP for the Talons 2007 Championship team, playing in all 16 regular season games. He lead the team in Scoring with 198 points, in TDs with 33, in Receptions with 84 catches for 1069 Yds, and in Kick Returns with 63 returns for 1363 Yds. On defense Hughley recorded 20.5 tackles (19 solo).
He gained league honors three weeks in a row, where he was named U.S. Army Ironman Player of the Game twice, and Schutt Offensive Player of the Game.
The Colorado Crush opens their season March 2nd, 2008 vs. The Columbus Destroyers.
