TACOMA, WASH. - After at dramatic, come-from-behind victory over Houston Dynamo 2 in last weekend's Western Conference Semifinals, Tacoma Defiance travels to St. Louis CITY2 for the Western Conference Finals on Sunday, October 2 (5:30 p.m. PT / mlsnextpro.com).
St. Louis, winner of the Frontier Division and the first place team in the Western Conference, defeated North Texas SC 2-0 in the Western Conference Semifinals. Tacoma and St. Louis met on two occasions during the 2022 regular season, with Defiance losing to CITY2 4-3 on April 10 before defeating St. Louis 5-1 on July 30.
The winner of Sunday's match will play the winner of today's Eastern Conference Finals matchup between Columbus Crew 2 and Toronto FC II on October 8 in MLS NEXT Pro Cup.
