(Sarnia, ON) - On Wednesday, January 3, the Peterborough Petes traveled to Sarnia for a mid-week matchup with the Sarnia Sting. Sarnia won the game by a score of 2-1.

Liam Sztuska led the way for the Petes, stopping 37/39 in the loss. Quinton Pagé scored, while Carson Cameron and Tommy Purdeller each had an assist. The game was also the debut for Nico Addy and Martin Matejicek, who were acquired from the Owen Sound Attack yesterday.

The Petes are back in action on Friday, January 5 when they travel to Flint to take on the Flint Firebirds. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Dort Financial Center. Fans can catch the game at the official road game watch party at Shoeless Joe's Peterborough. The game will also be broadcasted on YourTV Peterborough and Freq 90.5.
