Syracuse Silver Knight Named to MASL Team of the Week

Syracuse Silver Knights News Release
The Syracuse Silver Knights have now gone back-to-back weeks with players on the MASL Team of the Week. Last week, Antonio Manfut was honored with the Team of the Week last week after a 3 assist performance against the Detroit Waza Flo.
Slav was named to the Week 6 Team of the Week after his big performance in a 9-5 win over the Dallas Sidekicks. Slav contributed 2 first half goals before adding 2 assists in the second half for a 4 point total on Saturday night.

GK - Rafael Dias, Waza Flo: Recorded 28 saves on 32 shots and earned the 5-4 win against the Milwaukee Wave.
D - Damian Garcia, Soles De Sonora: Scored 3 goals (Hat-Trick) in the 17-9 win over Atletico Baja.
D/M -Joshio Sandoval, Chicago Mustangs: Had 1 goal, 1 assist and added 4 blocks in the 9-5 win over the St. Louis Ambush.
M - Slavisa Ubiparipovic, Syracuse Silver Knights: Recorded 2 goals and added 2 assists in the 9-5 win over the Dallas Sidekicks.
M/F - Vahid Assadpour, Missouri Comets: Led the Comets offense over two games scoring 3 goals and adding 5 assists in two wins over the St Louis Ambush and Cedar Rapids Rampage.
F - Leo Gibson, Missouri Comets: Recorded 6 points over two games this past weekend to help the Comets stay undefeated on the season.
