
Syracuse and Clear Channel Extend Radio Partnership

Syracuse, NY (September 2, 2004) - Syracuse Crunch and Clear Channel Communications announced today that they have signed a three-year deal (2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons) to continue the broadcast of Syracuse Crunch hockey games on WHEN-620 AM.
"The Crunch have been a wonderful community partner over the past 10 seasons," said Jim Lerch, WHEN's Program Director. "As the first and only radio 'Home of the Crunch' Sportsradio 620 WHEN is proud to continue our relationship with a franchise committed to winning both on and off the ice. We look forward to another great season of championship caliber hockey."
The Crunch have been on WHEN-620 AM since their inaugural season (1994-95).
Season tickets and partial plans for the 2004-05 season are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444 or by stopping by the Crunch office in the War Memorial at Oncenter.
