VANCOUVER, BC - The Swift Current Broncos scored twice in the first ten minutes and added a shorthanded penalty shot goal in the 2nd period en route to a 3- 1 win over the Vancouver Giants.
Adam Lowry scored on the penalty shot to restore the Broncos 2 goal lead just 3 minutes after Riley Kieser ( key-ser) scored for Vancouver to make it a 2- 1 game.
The Lowry goal was huge as the Giants lost for the 7th time in 8 games.
Giants' next game: Saturday in Everett at 7 p. m.
Giants' next home game: Sunday against Kamloops at 4 p. m.
