Fayetteville SwampDogs News Release

MARTINSVILLE, Va. - The Fayetteville SwampDogs fell to the Martinsville Mustangs 6-1 in a tough contest Monday night at Hooker Field.

Boggetto would finish the night with two hits, his third-consecutive multi-hit game.

Sky Overton (Soph./Furman) had a four-hit day for the SwampDogs.

The winning pitcher was Reggie Johnson, who improved his record to 2-0 on the season. DeShields got tagged with the loss, falling to 0-1.
