Morehead City, N.C - For the second time this season the Fayetteville Swampdogs defeated the Morehead City Marlins in comeback fashion. The Marlins led the game 2-0 before eventually falling to the Swampdogs 4-2.

Chase McDonald then singled up the middle sending Cranmer to second before eventually scoring on a sacrifice fly to left field off the bat of Marlins first baseman Jacob Hoyle.

The Swamdogs knotted the game at 2-2 in the top half of the fourth on an RBI single to left by Brian Celsi who later scored on an error. Fayetteville took a 4-2 lead in the top half of inning number eighth on a John Rooney single and some defensive errors by the Marlins.
