
Sun Add Two To Training Camp Roster

UNCASVILLE, CT. (April 17, 2007) - The Connecticut Sun announced today it has signed guard Monique Martin and center Adrianne Davie to training camp contracts.
Martin is a 5-foot-11 guard out of Brewton-Parker College in Mt. Vernon, Ga. who was the leading scorer in NAIA Division I, averaging 29.5 points per game. She scored 50 or more points in a game twice last season, averaged 9.7 rebounds per game and was a WBCA and Kodak All-American.
Davie is a 6-foot-3 center from Arkansas State who was a three-time All-Sun Belt Conference First Team selection, averaging 15.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game during her career. She averaged 20.9 points per game as a senior, and finished her career with a school-record 1,113 rebounds.
