
Sudbury Five Announce Opening Night Roster

(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury FIVE are pleased to announce the team's inaugural season opening night roster.
Twelve players from across North America including five Canadians form the Five's Opening Night roster. Highlighting the roster is former Kansas Jayhawk standout Travis Releford and Central Michigan all time three-point leader Braylon Rayson. Sudbury native and Laurentian University graduate George Serresse highlights the team's local talent.
"This roster has been months in the making, and we couldn't be more excited to release the finished product to the Sudbury community tonight at the New Sudbury Centre,"Â said Head Coach and General Manager Logan Stutz. "This is a highly skilled team that can shoot and drive the ball better than most teams in this league. We have high expectations for this team and can't wait to start play on November 17th ."
FIVE fan's have the opportunity to meet the Opening Night roster tonight at the New Sudbury Centre, as the team is introduced for the first time to the general public. The event will begin at 6:30 pm in Centre Court of the New Sudbury Centre, with prizes being provided to fans in attendance.
Media are invited to attend the event beginning at 6:30 PM, with members of the team available to media at the end of the team introductions and remarks and a question and answer period with fans.
The FIVE begin the season November 17th on the road against the Windsor Express, before travelling to Kitchener to take on the KW Titans on November 18th . The team heads back home for their inaugural game at the Sudbury Community Arena on Thursday, November 22nd at 7pm.
