
Stunners Announce Two Day Tryout Camp

St. Louis, MO. The ABA Saint Louis Stunners announced today that the organization will host a two day tryout camp for individuals that desire to play professional basketball. The tryout camp is scheduled for September 1 & 2 at Florissant Valley Community College, located at 3400 Pershall Road, Saint Louis, Missouri 63135.
The Stunners General Manager, Earl Childress, passionately expressed, "During this tryout camp I'm looking for role players to build our team. We're looking for players that are pure shooters, creative playmakers, top defenders and great rebounders. We still have 10 out of 12 contracts available. If selected, players must be ready to report to training camp on Monday, September 10th. This will be the only tryout camp for the upcoming 2007-2008 season."
Players interested in tryout out for the Stunners must register. Online registration and payment will be accepted beginning Monday, August 6th at www.stlstunner.com. Registrations can also be done by mail. Space is limited and players will be admitted into the tryout on a first come-first served basis.
There is a $150 registration fee for players that pre-register by August 25th and $200. any time after. Walk-ups will be accepted at the door if space is available. The tryout camp will be open only to players, coaching staff and the media. No spectators or other persons will be allowed in the tryout camp.
Players that require lodging accommodations should contact the Hampton InnFlorissant/Airport at 314 839 2200 on or before August 25th to reserve their room.
