Storm to Co-Sponsor Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition

The Sioux Falls Storm along with the Sioux Empire Junior Chamber will be sponsoring a Punt, Pass, and Kick competition on May 12. The competition will take place at the Sioux Falls Arena and is free of charge. The competition is designed for kids age 8-15.

Kids participating are split into four age division, which include, 8/9, 10/11, 12/13, and 14/15 with boys and girls competing separately. Registration begins at 12:30 PM at the Sioux Falls Arena with the competition beginning at 12:45 PM. The top scorer in all age divisions from each local competition from each of the boys' and girls' divisions will advance to the sectional competition.

The Punt, Pass, and Kick competition will take place following the Storm Trooper Jr. Football Camp. Registration for the Storm Trooper camp is $20 and is currently being accepted at the Storm Office located at 1910 S. Minnesota Ave. in Sioux Falls. Those wanting to do the Punt, Pass, and Kick only should be at the Sioux Falls Arena by 12:30 PM to register for the event.

The Storm will hit the road for their next game for their first ever match-up with the Colorado Ice. Be part of the Storm Chasers Bus Trip to Fort Collins, CO May 5, celebrating Cinco De Mayo. A limited number of seats are still available. The trip will be overnight and the cost is $120 for double occupancy and $150 for single. Reserve your spot today by calling the Sioux Falls Storm office at 332-4225. The Sioux City Bandits will be the next victim to enter the "Storm Shelter" on Saturday May 12. The game theme will be "Irish Night." Individual tickets can be obtained by visiting the Arena Box Office or any Ticketmaster outlet. Join "The Biggest Show in Town" as the Storm look for three championships in a row in 2007.
