SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm are excited to announce the signings of linebackers T.J. Neal and Tyrell Robinson to the 2019 squad.

Neal (6'0, 235) is entering his rookie season with the Storm. He played three seasons at the University of Illinois where he tallied 245 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and five pass break-ups. T.J. played his senior season at Auburn University where he accumulated 15 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss.

"T.J. is a LB that has played with two prominent programs at the FBS level," said Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs. "A very intelligent and athletic LB that we believe will improve our defense from last year."

Robinson (6'4, 230) is entering his first season with the Storm. He played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL) during the 2018 season. Tyrell played collegiately at the University of Oregon where he finished his senior season with 12 tackles in nine games.

"Tyrell is extremely athletic," stated Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs. "He has the size to play LB, but the athleticism to play multiple positions. We are very excited about both players."
